All services are non-refundable. We take pride in our work and aim for every client to leave fully satisfied. If you have any concerns, please notify us before leaving the salon so we can address them immediately.

7-Day Service Guarantee
We offer a 7-day guarantee on all nail services. If your nails chip, lift or break within 7 days of your appointment, we will repair them at no additional charge.

To qualify for a complimentary repair:
• Contact us within 7 days.
• Provide your receipt or the date / time of your visit.
• Repairs apply only to the original design, colour and shape. No changes can be made.
